Explained all calmed me down left for toe to unlimber back took care of to all good gal gave me rx made sure I could walk off I went. I would like to say the young lady who showed me to room 11 gave me booties took x rays gave mShow moree pillow and checked on me was one of a kind. Excellent people skills, competent and I told her I could tell she liked her job. She said yes mam. She is a keeper, checked in on me as I waited for Dr for long time then we waited for toe to numb, she left and another gal took me upstairs for surgery. Thank you for fixing my toe.
My nail technician is always great!!! She does a wonderful job on my nails and all aspects of my treatment at Cortez Foot & Ankle Specialists. She is always very professional, personable and well trained. I also like Dr. BaldinShow moreger very much. He is smart, highly skilled, and always provides professional and relevant advice in caring for my feet. The Cortez Team is the best and I am very thankful that they take such wonderful care of my feet. I walk 2 hours a day so my feet get a lot of wear. I feel very fortunate that I have Dr. Baldinger and the team directing my foot care!!!
Meet Dr. Baldinger
Philip Baldinger, DPM, is a highly trained podiatrist with the team at Cortez Foot & Ankle Specialists and sees patients at their offices in Bradenton and Sarasota, Florida. Dr. Baldinger graduated from Haverford College in suburban Philadelphia and The Pennsylvania College of Podiatric Medicine, where he won national awards in biomechanics and gait analysis. He completed his surgical residency at Northern Virginia Podiatric Residency, an affiliate of Georgetown University Hospital, where he performed over 1,500 foot and ankle procedures.
Dr. Baldinger joined Cortez Foot & Ankle Specialists in 1995 after practicing in Northern Virginia, where he grew up. He is the former president of Region 5 (Florida) of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons (ACFAS). ACFAS is the pre-eminent surgical academy in the profession to address the educational and surgical needs of the podiatric surgeon and patient.
When not spending time with his wife, kids, dogs, and cats, you may find Dr. Baldinger on a nearby soccer field or "pitch" enjoying a workout with the younger players.

Doctor Baldinger has taken care of me since March 2019 and he completely solved my unique feet problems. 4- other foot Doctors could not resolve the conditions. All my toes are amputated in 2014 and this creates problems but only Doctor Baldinger resolved them and I can’t imagine were I would be today without his experience and expertise. Thank You Doctor Baldinger.

I called in the morning for an appointment which was not an emergency and got an appointment in the afternoon. Dr Baldinger immediately determined I needed toenail surgery and was able to do it the same day, which I did not expect. All employees were friendly, helpful and efficient.
