Just like my first visit, my 2nd & 3rd visit was outstanding. From the moment I checked in to ehen I checked out, the staff was professional & courteous. Unlike my previous dentist offices, this one is modernized where each room Show moreis equipped for xrays and scanning technology giving clear, vivid 3d views of my dental structure. The drilling process is less noisy, making it softer to my ears, & calmer to my nerves. Once the pains meds were gently administered, I was painless throughout both process: root canal/new crown & 2nd crown replacement. Dr. Chien also has the ability to either send request to have crown made outside off-site, or have it made inside, on-site. It's good to have options, I prefer in-house, live & in touch, more control to make product. The results of my 1st crown & final fit was to my expectations. My 2nd one is in process being made. I'm sure it will be a good fit too! Kudos to Dr. Chien & staff.
I love my dentist, however the new dental hygienist I had yesterday was OK she was friendly but her techniques were not the best when I go for a cleanup again I will ask for another dental hygienist or a dental assistant to do my Show morecleaning. I honestly don’t remember her name and I don’t want to get her in trouble however she kept on moving the light, left to right. She kept on lifting the seat up and down she kept on moving the mouth of suction everywhere and hanging in different spots in my mouth. let’s just say I’ve never had experience like that before when having my mouth cleaned. Like I mentioned before she was very nice and I guess maybe that’s her technique. I don’t want to get her in trouble, I would just ask for another dental hygienist to do my cleaning next time

While I understand that appointments sometimes run late, waiting for an hour and never seen by Dr. Chien at all is beyond unacceptable. It was very disappointing to say the least. I am never late for any doctor’s appointments (unless I have an emergency, during which I make sure to call and give the office a heads up). I believe in respecting people’s time; therefore, I expect the same in return. Not once was I advised that he was running late. Not until I informed a staff after waiting for 38 mins that I needed to be out of there by 2p (my appointment was at 1pm). My previous visits were good, the staff has always been pleasant. Wait time wasn’t bad but if I remember correctly, I have always waited at least 15 mins past my appointment. I really hope today was a one-off.
