Dr. Wu is an extremely competent ophthalmologist who I trust unquestionably. The office is well run with compassionate staff. In comparison to other medical offices it is rare to have a long wait in reception. Equipment is modeShow morern. Dr Wu doesn’t hesitate to refer patients to specialists when necessary. I was grateful when he diagnosed an eye disorder during a regular examination. As busy as the office may be Dr. Wu does not shortchange on giving the patient needed time and conversation. Five stars for sure.
i've been in many eye doctor practices over the years, and this is by far the best. The combination of efficiency, thoroughness, and quality patient care is terrific! Dr. Wu takes the time to answer my questions. He follows up on Show moreanything outstanding from last appt. and he helps me think through whether a new prescription calls for new glasses. Lastly, he charges less than CostCo to do a prescription, which for the location and quality of the practice is notable. I strongly recommend.

The reception and axillary staff were kind and efficient which made a great first impression. Enter Dr Wu with a reputation as a rock star in his field. He was friendly but no nonsense. He got right to it and I was finished without a minute wasted.

Knucklehead that I am, I came to my appointment one day early. Instead of simply turning me away, the practice fit me into their busy schedule then and there. My exam, as usual, was friendly and efficient.

Great staff--friendly and helpful. Dr. Wu does great work--had him do my cataract surgery, and I'm still loving not wearing glasses anymore.
I am not from this area originally and when I moved to Chicago I was looking for a new eye doctor who was familiar with case like mine, vision issues due to severe myopia since early childhood and later on multiple eye surgeries to correct my vision. Dr Wu was so thorough, competent, and very nice addressing my concerns and fears due to my recent Glaucoma diagnosis. He is the best!
Surgery was short (comparatively), throughly prepped, painless, and apparently successful. I was happily surprised.

I thought I might have a retinal tear. They were nice to allow me to come in immediately. Everyone was nice. The assistant who did the preliminary exam was nice and efficient. Dr. Wu was also very nice and efficient. And even though everything went smoothly and efficiently I did not feel rushed at all. Good experience overall.
Dr. Wu is experienced and trustworthy. My father saw him until his death a1 102+. I myself take his opinions very seriously.
