Princess Avelyn Riley, DNP, is a board-certified and doctorate-prepared psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with over 16 years of experience in the medical field, working in various roles and specialties. She achieved a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree with a specialization in Psychiatric Mental Health from Maryville University, MO. Her doctoral research focused on Chronic Pain Management following the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines and improving access to mental health care in underserved communities.

Dr. Riley sees patients at The Healed Mind Psychiatry in Aubrey, Texas. Her clinical focus encompasses a range of mental health disorders, specializing in the treatment of depression, including the innovative use of Esketamine for Treatment-Resistant Depression. Her proficiency extends to the realms of ADHD and Anxiety disorders, showcasing a comprehensive approach to psychiatric care.

One of Dr. Riley's distinctive attributes is her ability to cater to patients across the lifespan, starting from the age of 5 and above. In conjunction with her collaborating physician, she conducts thorough psychiatric assessments, formulates accurate diagnoses, and develops evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each individual's unique needs within her clinical practice and collaborating physicians.
