This is a ONE OF A KIND Dr. and staff. I have been with Dr Bose for many years. Not once have I had a single issue. They all go above and beyond to assess, listen, implement and treat my Lupus and Osteoporosis and any other issue Show morerelated to me. They are all so caring , professional, efficient, prompt with phenomenal follow through. Recently after shattering my Tibial Plateau in my left lower extremity Jessica fought my Insurance Company to cover a $1,500 injection of Prolia to take every 6 months for new bone growth and the decrease of bone waste. It was a long battle with many appeals, but in the end between Dr Bose and Jessica- they prevailed for me. I literally cried. Happening upon this very intelligent, well versed and caring Dr. was definitely one of my biggest blessings in life. I can’t say enough. I’m so lucky.
Thorough visit with the doctor, pleasant staff. When the check-in staff asked if I had a mask for my mother (the patient) and myself, I said yes, but they were in the car. I was asked to go to the car and retrieve my masks (which Show morewere old), rather than provide us with new masks in the clinic. My mother uses a wheelchair and I use a cane. There were no handicapped parking spaces on the appointment day, so I had to drop mom off at the entrance and go park further away. I wish the staff would have been willing to give us fresh masks. This was Memorial policy, I was told. I personally don’t see the efficacy of wearing masks for a virus.
