I went in for a follow up appointment. I described a new problem to the nurse (Morgan) and Dr Jain then recommended an X-ray for evaluation. We did it in-house right away. The tech (Lynn) was very professional. I’m awaiting resultShow mores now. It was great to have him go further in evaluating what is causing my problem. And to be able to get an X-ray in the same office is priceless!
Dr. Pushpendra Jain, MD, is a Board Certified by American Academy of General Physicians Doctor of General Medicine and Physician of Family Medicine at Cookeville Medical Clinic RHC. With four office locations in Cookeville, Gainesboro, Crossville, and Sparta, Tennessee, he provides expert care to all his patients at the Crossville, Sparta, Baxter, Gainesboro, and Cookeville offices.
Dr. Jain is also the owner and Chief Medical Officer of all the clinics.
He earned his Bachelor of Science at the University of Lucknow, India, in 1971. Next, Dr. Jain achieved his Bachelor of Medicine and a Bachelor of Surgery from the Armed Forces Medical College in India, where he was awarded a scholarship for outstanding academic performance.
Dr. Jain moved to the United States to further his education and career in medicine. He worked as a medical officer and practiced emergency medicine at the outpatient department in the U.S. Army at Fort Campbell, Kentucky.
Since the late 1980s, Dr. Jain has been a primary health care provider in Cookeville, Tennessee and surrounding areas.
Other professional appointments include PGYI Surgery at Lincoln Medical and Mental Center in the Bronx, New York. He was a Senior Resident in Internal Medicine at Tirath Ram Shah Hospital in New Delhi, India.
Dr. Jain is a member of the American and the Southern Tennessee Medical Associations (TNMED) and the Tennessee Medical Association (TMA). He is also a founding member of The Primary Care Association.

Meghan Soop, RN was my nurse and she was polite and helpful. As was my X-ray technician Lynn. They both were friendly and made me feel comfortable. I like the care I get and will continue to come back for my visits. I trust Dr. Jain.

Dr jain takes time with his patients n listen too them n helps them with everything they need. I would recommend him too every family member n too my friends for a drt . He truly listen too his patience n he evens recommend them too specialist if they need 1 .
