About Rachel Fogle, RN

Rachel is a dedicated healthcare professional with over 15 years of experience in the field, the past 8 being a Registered Nurse. A graduate of Catoctin High School, she went on to earn her Bachelors of Science in Nursing with a minor in Nutrition from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. During her studies, she broadened her global perspective through a Semester at Sea study abroad program, where she explored multiple countries and deepened her understanding of global health.

Throughout her nursing career, Rachel has gained a broad and diverse clinical background with experience in cardiac telemetry, float pool, critical care, and post-anesthesia care. She currently serves as a Charge Nurse on the Progressive Care Unit at Frederick Health Hospital, where she leads with compassion, clinical expertise, and a strong commitment to quality patient care.

Rachel lives in downtown Frederick with her fiancé, dog, and two cats. Traveling is her favorite hobby and a lifelong passion—she has explored five of the world’s seven continents and has a personal goal to visit them all. Her love for discovering new places and cultures fuels her curiosity and passion for connecting with people from all walks of life—values that are reflected in everything she does professionally and personally.
