Dr. Dojki was courteous and professional. I was ,however, disappointed that I was unable to see my usual doctor do to a scheduling change. This was not the first time this has happened. I was offered a virtual appointment which isShow more not something I can do. The earliest I was told I could reschedule With Dr. Raghu wasn't until February so I scheduled with Dr. Dojki who I feel didn't know me and my history as well as Dr. Raghu. Then I learned that she and two other doctors are leaving the practice which may make future appointments even more difficult.
Ms. Bernander is an extremely kind soul! She listens, has empathy, and gathers all needed information to make wise and reasoned decisions about the course of my healthcare. She has always been willing to respond to my requests aShow morend questions. Likewise, her office staff display these same valuable qualities every time that I contact her office. The Dr listens to me very well and understands my needs. She is very caring and does her best to help me. The ladies in the office are very understanding and very kind as well. This clinic is by far the best clinic I have ever gone to. I wish Dr. Radah was my PCP. She's fantastic.
