Today was a wonderful introduction to dolce Vida spa. Marta spent an hour explaining all the procedures that I could /should have to correct my aging skin problems and why she would do things in a certain way, and in a certain ordShow moreer. She explained each product to me, the price and how much I would need to use for each procedure. She was warm, upbeat, open, professional and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable with her and would trust her to guide me and work on my skin, not just once but over time. Because of this trust and comfort level I made an appointment to have a procedure in a few weeks, and I did not expect to be diving in so quickly but it was all Marta!
I had a great overall experience with this spa. Stephanie seemed extremely knowledgeable and made me feel quite comfortable. The spa itself is aesthetically pleasing and very clean. I felt “ZERO” pressure which was great and thShow moree ball was totally left in my court. I was more pleased and satisfied with the outcome of this treatment than the doctor I had gone to previously who was more interested in how many times she could get me to come back. I would highly recommend this spa.
Dr. Rae Lynne Kinler, M.D is a top injector at Dolce Vida Medical Spa. Very friendly front desk staff. Very short wait in waiting room ( maybe 5 minutes. Ashley, my injector was very sweet and very knowledgeable, and shared information about other treatments they offer. She used a new technique with vibrations so each injection was virtually painless! In the past (at other spas) i have felt a lot of pain from injections even with numbing cream. I will definitely be back and recommend to friends.
