The nurse alerted me to the various warning sirens my pacemaker/defib emits to warn me of various developments. One was being too close to a magnet, one was if the battery is running low, and I do not remember the third warning sShow moreound, but I am to go to an ER and have the representative for my pacemaker/defib check and see what the problem is...unfortunately I did not write down the three issues, and my memory is not as strong as it was a few years ago. I've had this lifesaving device for over 6 years, and this nurse is the first one to alert me to it danger signals. So, thanks algoes to Dr Siouffi for educating his staff. Having been given a written report of the three alert sounds would have made this a 5 star. No place to give it a 4.8 recommendation.
No information was given regarding recent tests except "Negative." Three tests were done, only the one word was spoken after asking about the nuclear stress test. Consequently, I did not ask about the results of the other two teShow morests due to the lack of interactive communication. I did ask about a current medication which has a black box warning on it. My concern being that if it could be having a negative effect on my heart. Response: " I only do heart." No reports were discussed, no written information regarding test results was given or discussed. I was checked for vascular circulation in my right leg, but no information given as to "why." Assumptions are dangerous. End of follow-up visit. I was instructed to schedule an appointment for a 6 months return visit.

Dr Khoury is great. He doesn’t beat around the bush. He gives you the honest truth.
Dr. Khoury has been a great intervention heart Dr for me. He has kept me informed with the heart procedures and tests I am going thru and has recommended what is in my best interest. I am also impressed about the level of care he shows and that he is referring me to the proper heart surgeon for my next step in a Mitral valve repair.
Dr Khoury was polite, helpful and answered our questions well. Thumbs up for excellent service
Dr Koury takes time to explain everything in detail. Visits are not rushed, he answers every question. This is a good Doctor, and person.
Absolutely efficient well prepared and well done
Really good people there very respectful and move rather fast
I was pleasantly surprised, I usually get the vibe the doctors these days do not care about you as a patient or human being. It was Great to be treated like they really cared. I have definitely found a new cardiologist.
My appointment was at 2:00 2:00. I got there at 1:30 to do the paperwork. I didn't get to see the doctor today about 3: 30. Other than that the people are friendly. So what's the doctor?
Short wait. Liked Doctor
It were very positive
I’m going to miss Dr. Potorski but wish him the very best on his retirement.
The Dr.is very knowledgeable and answers my questions. Not too happy with the Sun City office for the heart monitor
It was my first time there . And I was pleasantly surprised, how friendly and patient the employees were. They took time to help me with questions I had . Definitely would recommend it friends.
Dr Potorski instills confidence that the care I get is appropriate for me as an individual and not just another patient
Staff was courteous and friendly. Dr was thorough.

Great
Technical procedure performed with much skill and competence.
He asks a question and listens to the answer. Very easy to talk to.
Wonderful staff Dr Petoskey in A1
Dr.Siouffi was excellent. I appreciate him trying to find out why my heart is only functioning at 20% instead of just giving me a defibrillator. He is a very concerned doctor. I was extremely pleased.
Friendly staff. Dr. Siouffi listens and doesn’t rush through the appointment. I would highly recommend him. He did an ablation on me in January 2020 and I’ve been fine ever since
Dr. Siouffi did a great job with my first health exam. He explained everything to me in a very clear manner. Dr. Siouffi was also kind and professional. The staff was professional and kind – they were helpful, patient, and helped. Highly recommended. Thank you!
