Dr. Lopez provides a range of innovative treatments, including spinal cord stimulation, kyphoplasty, and regenerative medicine treatments, such as stem cell therapy and platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injections, to both relieve pain and resolve the underlying injuries or conditions that cause pain.
Dr. Lopez attended UT Austin for his undergraduate, and earned his medical degree at the Ohio State University College of Medicine in Columbus, Ohio. He went on to serve his anesthesiology residency at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and completed rigorous fellowship training in interventional pain medicine, also at Cedars-Sinai.
Dr. Lopez works diligently to identify the root cause of a patient’s pain. His patient-focused approach helps him uncover all factors that contribute to a patient’s condition while providing care tailored to individual need. Dr. Lopez and his team treat patients like they’re part of the family and provide the same level of attention they would want their own family members to receive.

Dr Lopez and Mrs Fisher. We’re not at all interested in my medical condition. They only were interested in putting me in there opioids. In how they do things is how it was put to me. Patient’s if we are not allowed to ask questions to a Dr that we are trusting with our lives. There is something wrong!!!
Other than the long wait I had great service from the wonderful staff and the doctor was knowledgeable and friendly!

Although I had a slight hiccup with respect to accounting issues, everything has been taken care of. I do appreciate the staff working hard, despite the fact that it is evident that they are lacking more personnel as far as doctors go. Dr. Lopez is amazing!

Dr Liam is a great doctor. He cares for his patients. Unfortunately he’s leaving West Texas Pain Institute. Fortunately for us patients Dr Lopez and Dr Hendrix are both great doctors. Nurse practitioners are very knowledgeable as well. The rest of the personnel are very professional but friendly.
