In search of a Dr through ZocDoc, I came across Dr Lau and in reading the reviews, I was lured to confirm if the Dr was deserving of 5 stars. I will say and admit that he IS and MORE!! Dr Lau was personal, caring and LISTENED toShow more my concerns. He took the time to get to know me and that to me was very important because I’m previous doc was dismissive. I HIGHLY recommend him. The staff are kind, respectful and gentle and very clean office. My Family Dr now.
Dr. Lau was extremely helpful and thoughtful. He took his time to really listen to my concerns. I had an ear infection, and he pulled up pictures of an ear diagram to explain to me where the problem was. I've never had a doctor waShow morelk me through a diagnosis like that. He said, "If I'm going to prescribe you something, you should know why." He was personable, funny, and efficient. I will definitely be going back!

Dr. Lau was amazing, caring and took his time with my visit. The front desk receptionist was great as well and helpful. Great new and clean office with a great staff!

Only my 2nd visit but so far it's been great. Communication is easy and response is fast. Almost no waiting to be seen when u get there.

It was my first time at Dr Lau office. The staff was very nice, and my wait was less than 10 minutes. I went for a sick visit, I was able to book the same day. The doctor was very personable, took his time to check my vitals and ask me any related questions. I will go back for my annual visit soon and will make Dr Lau my primary physician.
Dr. Lau was exceptionally knowledgable and simplified complex medical information in ways I could understand. He was very patient during his evaluation and allowed me time to ask questions without feeling rushed or nervous.

Dr. Raymond is not only one of the best/ most attentive physicians I’ve met, but also one of the nicest people. What a pleasure. He took his time with me and listened to all I had to say and addressed each one of my concerns 1 by 1. I genuinely look forward to my next visit! Can’t recommend enough.

Dr. Raymond Lau was really great! I am always anxious seeing new people and he put me at ease.
