Rebecca took her time going over what brought me in the office. The circumstance leading up to the ambulance ride and what my current eating habits are and how I can improve. Rebecca made a suggestion about using the continuous deShow morex-com meter. She believed due to my current condition of being on 3 insulins I would probably be able to get this FREE. Unfortunately, Walmart called me and told me it would have a co-pay of approximately $600/$700. I asked about once my Medicare kicked in what I would pay and it was still around $400. Waiting for Rebecca to get back to me and see if there are any other means to obtain this meter at a low co-pay or free. Anyway I am taking steps to eat better and increase my protein in-take. Lastly, I have to have blood work done at Quest because it appears I have an iron deficiency and Rebecca wants to ensure all health Issues are addressed. Thanks!
Dr. Kazakis is an outstanding provider. After too many years of subpar care from my previous provider, I decided (at age 58) to switch my doctor from my hometown of Concord NH to Southern NH Internal Medicine in Derry. I could notShow more be more pleased with the care I have received. I had my annual physical and for the first time in many years I finally had a thorough and comprehensive physical. It was amazing to have a provider who is proactive in her care (vs. reactive.) Dr Kazakis identified potential hereditary risks and made preventive referrals for which my previous provider never acknowledged or addressed. Traveling 30-35 minutes for my healthcare is more than worth the extra time and cost of gasoline. If you have grown tired of doctors who simply check the boxes then I highly recommend SNHIM and their dedicated health care team.

I have been seeing Rebecca for a few years. I was greeted cordially, and politely by the receptionist and the associate who escorted me to the examination room. My exam was thorough yet efficient. I was given the results from my recent MRI and other tests. My questions were answered in a way that I was able to understand. My experience could not have been more professional, and I consider myself lucky to have her as my medical professional.
