The onboarding is a little impersonal and confusing, but once you get there the staff is kind.

I had a great experience with Dr. Connell's office. It was really simple to schedule an appointment and the front desk staff is extremely helpful. Dr. Connell did an outstanding job and offered a tremendous amount of insight and help to me. I will definitely continue to use Connell and Associates. They are excellent providers.

The interview with Dr. Connell was great. The only reason I gave 4 stars, was the fact that I did not receive the link for the online conference, which caused the need to reschedule.
Talking with Richard, I felt comfortable and at ease it was easy for me to express myself. It was easy for me to be able to talk with another person and to feel that this person is actually care and do all he can to be able help me.
I hope I get the help I need.
The visit went without a hitch. The receptionist isn’t friendly which caught me off guard but everything else went smoothly.
