The doctor was amazing. She was kind and very genuine! The staff however at the start of my visit was very… iffy. I came before my time and was not addressed at all while I waited. The procedure was not explained on checking in. IShow more arrived early for my appointment and the receptionist that day told me I was late and also tried to make me reschedule! She said “you were late so will have to reschedule and we have cameras to prove that.” Such a nasty attitude from the jump. I informed her that I wasn’t late and it’s a shame that another patient who came after me had to back me up. I also informed her that she saw me come in and told her if I was late check the cameras and she couldn’t do that because she knew she was in the wrong. I feel like the a new receptionist is needed. Overall the experience was bittersweet. If I could just rate Dr.Sharma alone I would give her 100 stars! But the company definitely needs to evaluate who they hire to be the first impression when you enter the office.
DRS doctors are my son’s PCP since his birth. They’re very professional, courteous and available every time I needed for my son. Being first time parent I panic for every small issue with my son’s health. So whenever I feel my sonShow more needs doctor, I simply call DRS even at 1am. I was never denied an appointment during emergencies, the front desk is very helpful in squeezing an appointment (be televisit or in office) during emergency situations. Hands down for the service, top notch!!! I am thankful to Dr Sharma and Dr Santos for taking care of my son’s health.

I feel so lucky to have such professional, kind, attentive doctors! Whenever I go see Dr. Sharma or Dr. Santos, I honestly feel like I am their only patient.
I have already written a review but I will just say once again that she is the best - a doctor needs to be professional as well as an understanding human being and believe me she is both and with more positive attributes towards her patients. It is always a great visit with Dr. Sharma! She knows exactly how to make my 2yr old feel comfortable. My son had an ear infection and before even checking him, she spent a few minutes asking him about the books he had and the toys he was playing with. After a discussion about Thomas the Tank Engine, Dr. Sharma was able to check him without a fuss. We love Dr. Sharma !

I've been seeing Dr Ritu for more than 2 years now. She's remarkably patient while listening to my problems and takes the time to give thorough explanations about my conditions and medications. Been going to Dr. Sharma and Dr. Santos at DRS Medical for 6 years since the birth of our daughter and could not ask for better doctors to look after our family. Dr Sharma is an excellent primary care physician. She is thorough, thoughtful and efficient in providing feedback on lab results, etc. Overall, a very well run practice in my opinion. I have been looking for a primary care physician in Manhattan or Jersey City, and I have found an amazing doctor with Dr. Sharma. She goes above and beyond to listen and genuinely cares about your health. I'm going to be getting my family members to also be seeing her as I know they will be in very good hands.
