Because I’ve been scheduled for an upcoming surgical procedure, it would have been nice to have been given a pamphlet describing the skin issue and the after care involved. The doctor did his best to describe it to me, however, hShow moree did speak very fast. Also, since I’ve had skin cancer in the past, I’m hoping to be put on a schedule for regular skin checks. It’s been a couple of years since I’ve had a skin check, and I have multiple spots that need to be seen. At what point could I be considered an established patient? Thanks for your time.
The staff is very pleasant and helpful. Dr Ensafani was very attentive and thorough. I could tell by our conversation that he had already read my chart prior to coming into the room ,which I find rare these days, and he listened tShow moreo me. I was especially pleased that he wanted to see me back in six months. I have already recommended Dr Ensafani to two separate people within just a few hours of leaving your office.

Very friendly staff. Short waiting time. Professional examination. Took their time and were patient with all my questions. A good experience
Treated well, little disconcerting to have so many come to office after me but be called in before me. Maybe they were there for a brief skin ck while I was there for the first time. Got there 1030 for a 1040 appt. Seen at 1055. Really not too bad. Treated very well by staff and seem to know their business.
Doctor and staff were very friendly. The doctor really listened and took his time with me. The only issue I had is I was told to show up 30 mins before my appointment but the office is closed for lunch at that time which I did not know or was told. So I had to wait in the parking lot for 30 mins for the office to open up from lunch.
I had excellent care at Lux dermatology.
