Galina Serdtsev and her assistant Melissa were awesome! They both made me feel so very welcome and helped me tremendously with my issue. The wealth of information given was so very helpful. Galina took her time and the visit was nShow moreever rushed. She answered every question I had in detail. Melissa was very personable and followed up with everything I was supposed to do post visit. The front desk ladies were also extremely friendly. I am so very fortunate that my doctor referred me to Thomas Dermatology. I was extremely anxious prior to the visit and these wonderful ladies made me feel so very comfortable. As picky a person that I am, I would definitely recommend this dermatologist to anyone!
The employees at the front desk, both checkin and out, could be more friendly and upbeat. I bought prescription creams and no one offered me the directions for them nor did anyone explain to me what to expect or how to use them. TShow morehe checkout girl begrudgingly looked it up on her computer and read it to me. The whole visit seemed aliitle too rushed. Dr Lieberman is knowledgeable and professional. If everyone in that office would just show more interest in making the patients experience a happier one, show us they care and that we are not just a body being rushed thru the turnstile, this would have been a good doctor's visit.
Robert D. Lieberman, MD, FAAD, is a board-certified dermatologist and co-medical director of Thomas Dermatology. He specializes in Mohs micrographic surgery for the treatment of skin cancer, in addition to his busy general dermatology practice in Thomas Dermatology’s Post Road and Henderson offices. He is also an Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor at UNLV School of Medicine.
He is a native of Seal Beach, California, and graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of California at Berkeley with a degree in Molecular and Cell Biology. Dr. Lieberman received his medical degree from the Keck School of Medicine of USC in Los Angeles, where he graduated with “highest distinction.” Dr. Lieberman was also elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha honor society in his third year of medical school, a distinction reserved for the top 5% of his medical school class.
He completed his internship in internal medicine at the UCLA/West Los Angeles VA Medical Center in Los Angeles followed by his dermatology residency at Cook County Hospital in Chicago, where he was selected Chief Resident. Dr. Lieberman pursued additional training in Mohs micrographic surgery under the mentorship of local and nationally recognized experts. He joined Thomas Dermatology in 2009.
Dr. Lieberman remains actively involved with the UNLV School of Medicine as the co-director of the Musculoskeletal/Skin curriculum, which allows him to continue to mentor future physicians.
Dr. Lieberman maintains his credentials with continuing education. He’s a member of the American Society for Mohs Surgery and the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery. He is also a consultant and speaker for several pharmaceutical companies.
He has published multiple articles in prestigious peer-reviewed journals, including the Journal of Drugs and Dermatology and the Journal of Clinical Oncology.
In his free time, Dr. Lieberman enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons. When he is not at the office you can generally find him at the baseball diamond watching his sons’ baseball games! He has a passion for caring for his patients at Thomas Dermatology and welcomes them to the practice.

He is the best dermatologist in Vegas, no doubt. I’m a skin problem mess, and I’m pretty sure on two separate issues he kept me from escalating problems. One of the problems could have easily put me in the hospital if their team had not acted quickly.

When I checked in I was told that because of a computer glitz from 18 months ago, I owed $15. I asked why it took 18 months for the billing department to finally bill me for a co-pay that should have been collected in June of 2022 and they had no answer.
