Did NOT enjoy my visit to this Dr’s office. This was a new Dr for me & the office feels cold, detached & not very friendly. Dr Rencher sports a full sleeve tattoo of Capt’n America & skull octopus frm Marvel with “HAIL HYDRA” bannShow moreer on it. Not very professional. As a Dr doing Face to face with the public - cover up the Tattoo. He also smelled like he had been smoking - won’t submit to a Dr that smokes. He was impersonal and distant - did not listen to me or follow up with a couple of items.
I love Dr. Rencher and Dr. Jenke. My husband sees Dr. Rencher and I see Dr. Jenke & sometimes Dr. Rencher. Both doctors are fabulous. I refer all of my friends & family to them. Down to earth, solution focused, and they have officShow morees in Keller & Denton which is convenient for us. The office staff is so friendly and they get me in quickly without a wait. They are organized and nice even if I call often or am running late. The doctors spend lots of time with me and have wonderful bedside manners.

I have had the pleasure of seeing Rodney Rencher for my last two visits and he is as great as Dr. Phillip. Rodney is as smart as Dr. Phillip and you can tell that they care about their patients and they treat them with respect. The entire office is so sweet and kind and always have smiles on their faces. It is the best place i have ever been.

This place makes it easy for staff is terrific. You’re not guessing what kind of car you’re getting because it’s all good. The treatments made me feel 1000 times better and I just really gotta be honest with you. The staff and doctors are well knowledged explain things and treat me well, thanks
They listen to what you have to say. They are polite and respectful and friendly. Typically you don’t have to wait long to see the doctor. The doctor takes his time and makes sure you understand the treatment options and answers all your questions. I would definitely recommend Rodney Rencher and his team.
The most professional, to the point office I’ve ever been to in my life. Got me in an out in a timely manner. Highly suggest doctor Rencher to anybody who may need him. Very professional man who’s most certainly interested in what’s best for his patient an truly cares. I wouldn’t recommend anybody besides him to anybody. Everything was nice and friendly, but we didn't get what we want. In our case everybody got service by PCP, but not us.
