If you’re having metabolic issues, it’s obvious MFM is interested in finding out why. Before making any suggestions or attempting to sell you any products, they take you thorough an in depth intake process and order labs. No cookie cutter programs here. Everything is tailored to meet your individual needs. They even take insurance! I couldn’t be more pleased and can’t wait to refer more people.

Dr. Allen graduated from UNT Health Science Center in Ft. Worth Texas with DO. Prior to become DO, he completed BBA. During his college years he participated in a church mission to Japan. He loves to travel and enjoys the beauty of the outdoors as well as many outdoor activities with his family such as scuba diving and snow skiing. He focuses on fitness and overall enjoys living a happy healthy lifestyle.
Outside of work Dr. Allen spends most of his time with his wife Ashley, and 8 children. Four of which are currently attending college. He has 4 grandchildren and 3 more of the way.

Great experience! Jay took a lot of time to make sure we developed the best plan for me. He is definitely an expert in this field and I would recommend him to anyone who was wanting to get their hormones balanced.

I’ve been on hormone therapy for years. I recently moved and found Myfitmed. My first visit I learned there are some drawbacks to the previous providers method. Excited to see what a more comprehensive therapy can do for me.

Oh it was nice J allowed me to explain and express my goals and concerns and he listened- that’s the main thing,, he gave me his honest opinion and I believe it was good advice he didn’t try to sell me services that I didn’t need,,, that’s so important to me being a health care practitioner myself.
I highly recommend MD Patel. He is very knowledgeable and honest explaining all the things that we need to know. We had a lot questions and He took the time to explain everything patiently .

I am a female in her 20s experiencing low testosterone and estrogen. I workout 6-7x per week as a bodybuilder. I did my research before coming to J and wasn’t disappointed. J sat with me and explained everything and went over the options we could take. And he explained realistic side effects with each. Recommended and will be seeing him again.
