My experience with The Howard Center was a wonderful experience from the time I called to schedule my appointment until the end of the visit. Ms. Rose and her staff treated my daughter and I like we were apart of a family. They tShow morehorough and didn't mind all my questions. Ms. Rose made an awkward visit into a funny visit. Ms. Rose and all the staff at the Howard Center are amazing and I'm so glad we found these gems!
The staff are all so professional and courteous. Didn’t have to wait long before being called to the back. Rose was so thorough in her exam. She did a FULL assessment. Rose is so easy to talk to, especially when we had to discuShow moress such personal things, she made me feel very comfortable and at ease talking to her about private subjects. I would most definitely recommend her to my friends and family.
Rose Smith, W.H.N.P., provides the highest quality of care to patients at The Howard Center, with locations in Covington, Valdosta, Moultrie, Warner Robins, Leesburg, Douglas, Tifton, and Waycross, Georgia.
Rose was born and raised in Ocilla, Georgia, and still resides there today. She started out working in Labor and Delivery and found women’s health not only fascinating, but rewarding for both the provider and the patient. She received her Master’s in Science in Nursing from Emory University in Atlanta with a specialty in Women's Health Nurse Practitioner.
She is proud to be able to provide comprehensive health care to women throughout their lifespan, with an emphasis on reproductive and gynecologic health needs. She is also well-qualified to provide well-woman care, prenatal and postpartum care, care for women experiencing episodic acute or chronic illnesses, as well as care to men who have selected reproductive health needs or problems.
Rose loves the feeling of being able to make a difference. Being a provider has given her the opportunity to take care of the women in her community. She strives to make sure that her patients receive the utmost care and are always made a top priority.
