Well for starters, I feel the doctor is just amazing with everything. As he conducts the procedure on me he makes sure I’m okay and along the way he provided me with other very important facts and information on things that willShow more help me with my situation. He’s fast as very professional. I experienced little pain but nothing what I was expecting. The relief I have gotten since the procedure is amazing. I am so glad to have been referred to him and I will see him again and again. Thank you Dr. Akarakian.
Folks in this office are all very kind - which is appreciated. That being said, I have never been to a practice that is so disorganized or poor at communicating. I have been on phone/text/in person asking questions, not getting reShow moresponses, and waiting having been forgotten about. I've been sent away before receiving care and called back. I've nearly walked out twice so far. My surgery was well performed but in office care/etc has left much to be desired.

Dr. Roy is fantastic. I’ve had injections before and they hurt like hell but in his office it was fantastic. Very pleasant experience barely felt anything. My shots were insulin hurt worse. I would recommend them 1000%. Their staff is also fantastic

Dr. Roy truly listens to what I have to say and how I feel. He is patient and kind. He is very helpful, too, in making suggestions and giving his medical advice. When he gives me the necessary injections, he makes sure he injects the medication in the correct place. The injections are practically painless! I am blessed to be his patient.

Being an elderly patient (85 years next month), I am thankful for Dr. Roy's patience and understanding of the pain in my right shoulder due to a torn muscle. The physical therapy exercises have helped tremendously. However, having a cortisone injection eases the pain and I am able to use my right arm/shoulder to the best advantage.
This was the first time seeing Dr. Roy Akarakian, MD and he was very thorough and kind. I would definitely recommend the Doctors at this office. The staff and nurses were also very kind and this office is very clean, so yes, I would definitely recommend this medical facility. You won’t be disappointed.
We didn’t have to wait long. The Dr knew what he was talking about. He performed a few tests on me to determine how badly I was injured. He showed us the x-ray and what was of concern. He recommended a couple of ways to get more painless movement out of my shoulder. We liked him!
Great except for the delay about 46 mins past appt time
95% of the time I’m taking within 5 to 10 minutes up on my arrival. Very friendly receptionist, Doctor is professional friendly explains the procedures and treatment. And I like The fact the office clean, I’m in and out in a Reasonable amount of time.

Dr. Chopra was very friendly and caring. She was thorough, discussed test results, explained treatment options and with my input she developed a treatment plan that works for me.
