Waiting till the end of the day to put everybody's prescription in makes it hard on the pharmacies and plus it makes it hard on the patience because a lot of us have to work the next day and can't stay up or go get her medicine fiShow morerst thing in the morning when we need it, what was the last time when a person finds a pharmacy it's not right for the doctor to let everybody know the pharmacy to go to that the patient finds when he has a hard enough time so now he gets nothing it's been 4 days I have
I came into the office one day because I was bringing a friend to an appointment. I wasn’t feeling well at all and it definitely was showing because when I went to schedule an appointment as a new patient for sometime in the futurShow moree a receptionist said that it looked like I needed help today. She was able to get me in that day at that time. I love how not only that the people behind the desk but the doctor more than anything treats me like a human being. I will forever be grateful for this place!

Dr. Rufus and staff are excellent! Only wish I found them sooner.
Dr. Lowman has saved my life. He makes sure all his patient’s are taking their medication as prescribed by sending drug screens off to a lab and does pill counts. That is so helpful for those of us in recovery because it teaches us how to properly take medication. He will sit and listen to anything that you have going on and makes sure your problems are resolved or helps you resolve them no matter how much time it takes. He truly cares about his patients and tries to save lives.

There's not a better Provider in chillicothe Rufus Lowman actually cares about his patients and listens and respectst his patient. The best part he's not associated with Adena. Only bad thing i can say about his practice is his office manager treats and talks to people POORLY and UNPROFESSIONAL. I think sometimes she thinks she's the Dr. Just ignore what she says All his other Staff members are amazing. He's truly helped me change my whole life around . LOWMAN cares about all his patients.

Rose Medical saved my life, literally. After years of dealing with doctors, forced to walk the line between my suffering and the truth in order to get help I found Rufus. He was a safe provider that i could finally be honest with. Something i never experienced before. No judgement, or punishment like withholding medication or dismissing me as a patient. Everyone here at Dr. Rufus office are very friendly and make you feel comfortable.. They very quick about getting you seen... I recommend anyone to this Doctor he's Great ?

I truly am so glad to have found Dr. Lowman. He isn't a doctor who puts covering his ass period above a patients needs medically,like seems to be the trend these days. He also doesn't make it difficult when he's always friendly, smiling and no matter how I'm feeling or what I'm going through,he always manages to make me smile and laugh. I wish most doctors were more like him.

Love Dr. Lowman! He sees my whole family. He listenes and is very thorough and knowledgeable. My quality of life is so much better. He actually listens to me. Unlike any other doctor has. The staff at Rose Medical are absolutely fabulous. Couldnt recommend it enough. He is very smart. You cant fool Rufus. So you better follow his rules. He can see a pill seeker from a mile away! He does also offer addiction treatment. He has seen it all! You cant pull nothing by him! So dont try! Just be honest

The staff is great and Doctor Lowman really cares for his patience. Everyone is friendly and professional and the wait time is minimal as long as you show up to your appointment on time.
Myself I've been seeing Rufus for about a year Everything about the appointments I've had I have no complaints with either Rufus or his receptionists they are all friendly and professional. I would recommend him to anyone!!!

All at the practice is friendly and very attentive to my needs. I have only been there 2 times and most all was addressed during my last visit but felt the conversation and visit were a bit rushed and short. Not talking over solutions to a few ongoing health concerns.
