For the most part I really like Dr kapuria and the nurse Angela & Tonya, they do really try to work with you on getting things done, that's if you can leave a message with the nurses, not the front desk. I was about to start goingShow more to another pain management dr, but Tonya the nurse ask if I could come in to talk with Dr kapuria, because the drug store told me that my medication had not been called in and I had call the drug store 5 different time and was told the same thing, so when I let the dr and Angela know why I was not gonna come back Angela got on the phone to find out why & what was going on, and found out that the medication had been there all along, and I have been in the drug store numerous time since October and NEVER one time told me that my medication was there. So I thank goodness for Dr Kapuria & his two nurses Tonya & Angela.

Dr. Kapuria earned his medical degree at the University College of Medical Sciences at the University of Delhi in India. He came to the United States to complete his residency in internal medicine and anesthesiology at the State University of New York (SUNY) Stony Brook Health Science Center and University Hospital. Dr. Kapuria went on to become a research fellow and instructor in the university’s comprehensive pain center.
Dr. Kapuria is a member of several professional societies, including the American Society of Anesthesiologists, the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians, the Georgia Society of Anesthesiologists, and the Georgia Society of Interventional Pain Physicians.

I waited 1.45 minutes in the waiting room then when I was called back and put in a room I waited another 30 minutes for the Doctor once he came all went grate i like the Doctor the waiting not so much
The staff is so nice and friendly and caring and Dr.Kapuria always explains to you what’s going on with you and the next step he is going to do .

Dr needs to spend more time with the patient & and address their needs , concerns & supplying information regarding the procedures in how they’re supposed to work & expected results during what time period & number of applicants. In & out in less than 5 minutes does not build a Dr-Patient relationship.

He listens thoroughly to the patient, always explains any procedure during the consultation and again before starting the procedure., keep updated on the latest medical technology. The nurses are always pleasant and accommodating from beginning to the end. I would highly recommend anyone who has spine issues to him.
Dr. Kapuria is a very compassionate Doctor who really cares about helping by listening to what you have to say and how you feel physically. He has helped me in so many ways.
