Over the years, I have come to MDA for various dermatological reasons. From mundane annual mole patrols to “hey doc, does this look funny to you?” This office runs on time and the staff is always professional and friendly. Dr KaspShow morerowicz is a great listener and gives you ALL the time you need. She is tenacious in her treatments and not an alarmist. Living by Northwestern Hospital, I have endless choices, can’t imagine there are any better dermatology practices than Medical Dermatology Assoc.
Sarah Kasprowicz, MD, is a dermatologist practicing at Medical Dermatology Associates of Chicago in the River North neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. She has been practicing Dermatology since 2008.
Prior to Medical Dermatology Associates of Chicago, Dr. Kasprowicz was on staff at NorthShore University HealthSystem, where she was an Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of Chicago. Dr. Kasprowicz is originally from Santa Barbara, California; she holds an undergraduate degree from Bates College and a medical degree from Rush Medical College. She completed her internship in internal medicine at Georgetown University Hospital and her dermatology residency at Rush University Health System, where she served as chief resident. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and a Diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology (board-certified in Dermatology). She is a member of the Chicago Dermatological Society and the Women’s Dermatologic Society.
Dr. Kasprowicz has been an investigator on numerous clinical research trials, authored book chapters in a leading dermatology textbook, and co-authored a textbook on integrative dermatology.
Dr. Kasprowicz practices general medical dermatology with clinical interests in oncodermatology; allergic skin disease; women’s dermatology; complementary and alternative medicine in dermatology; and skin cancer screening, prevention, and management. She has developed an oncodermatology clinic dedicated to the care of cancer patients, addressing the side effects of radiation and chemotherapy and the changes seen in the skin during cancer treatment. She has lectured locally and nationally on the topic.

Very thorough and caring.
Dr Kasprowitz provides exceptional service. I am 100 percent confident in her medical judgment. She examines very carefully for skin cancer. If I’ve needed a procedure, she is so skillful with a blade that the procedure was over before I knew it began. Dr K is first rate in every respect.
