About Our Practice
Medical Dermatology Associates of Chicago is a patient-centered dermatology practice in the River North neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois.
The board-certified and fellowship-trained physicians are committed to personalizing patient care, educating patients on their conditions and treatment options, and providing high-quality care. Referrals from patients have helped the practice grow rapidly.

Tracee is wonderful. She moved on from the original location that I was receiving care from her at, and I found her and followed her to the next location (currently Med. Derm. Associates of Chicago) because I wanted to continue care with her. She is super knowledgeable and has a lovely bedside manner - professional, calm, and soothing. She has helped me alleviate PCOS symptoms related to skin and hair. She gives very practical advice and understands skin/hair of people of color. Tracee is awesome!

I felt very confident and comfortable with Dr Pearlman's expertise and knowledge and surgical skill. Dr. Pearlman made a very unpleasant experience not quite so unpleasant. He listens and is accomodating.
Dr Oearlman and his team did a great job in explaining the procedure, making it as painless as possible and getting me out of there in less than one hour
Bedside manner of Dr Pearlman and Nurse Jackie was excellent.
loved Dr Perlman and his assistants, especially Jacky. He was obviously experienced and efficient and willing to listen. Easy to talk to and respectful my only suggestion is to provide written directions for post surgical procedures. For those of a certain age, we sometimes forget, especially when we’re under a stressful situation. That would be helpful.

My experience was wonderful. From the moment I walked in, the staff at the front desk were welcoming and very helpful. Dr. Kasprowicz’s assistant was very nice and quite competent. Dr. Kasprowicz and the PA who accompanied her were very pleasant, extremely nice, and very competent. I feel as though I am in good hands and will continue to see Dr. Kasprowicz. As an extra, the offices are light and airy and very clean. The attention to details shows.

It was a great experience. Everybody was professional knowledgeable, and did a great job. Place itself was nice and clean and cheerful. I would recommend anybody and everybody. Also, The explained everything to me in detail at the same time. It was fully understandable.
This was my first time going to a dermatologist for a skin cancer screening so i was very nervous. But Dr. Blackburn and the other physician working with her were so so sweet and made me feel very comfortable! She was very attentive and welcoming of any questions or concerns, I would definitely recommend!!

I arrived promptly for my appointment. The office and waiting room were impeccably clean and tastefully decorated. Tracee possesses extensive expertise in treating eczema and dermatitis. Her communication skills are exceptional, and she focuses on providing positive and practical solutions during interactions. I left feeling confident that my eczema flare-up can be overcome with diligence and attention, and that future outbreaks can be prevented.
For my initial visit, Dr. Sarah made me feel very comfortable interacting with her. She seems to be very approachable while still being a professional.
