I have my first visit with Mrs. Blackburn yesterday. I appreciate the fact that there was a lot of unanticipated traffic due to protest happening downtown and I was late; Yet I was still able to be seen. A lot of other practices Show morewould have stood firm to their 15 minute window. In addition, I like that Mrs. Blackburn was very knowledgeable about my condition and discussed triggers as well as some of the different treatments that I could possibly use, which is something that I have never had it prior to dermatology offices. She was also warm and inviting, and I fell at ease since it was my first appointment and I look forward to returning for a future appointments. I will also say that the young lady who helped me at the front desk was very helpful as well, and I appreciate her explaining everything to me and giving me all the necessary information.
