Dr. Zand is delightful in addition to being an excellent doctor. She does great work and I highly recommend her. Her assistants are also very good and pleasant to deal with. Dr. Zand had agreed with my initial request to pay in two payments (I wanted to pay half the day of my treatment and the second half the following month). The front office refused. Because the treatments are well in excess of $1000, I think the office is rigid on this. I haven’t had my request refused before by my NYC doctors so I was surprised. But other than that issue, I think Dr. Zand is great.
My first ever wrinkle treatment experience done by Dr Zand was so great. The injections were executed gently and precisely that calmed my nerves, hence, took my fear of needles away. Dr. Zand is a board-certified dermatologist with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University and a dual M.D. from Harvard Medical School and MIT. A native of SoCal, Dr. Zand lives in Mill Valley with her loving husband and two young vibrant daughters. Artistically, she loves oil painting, jewelry making, and sculpting beautiful faces.

The practice was great. I am only marking it a 4 because during my skin check I realize that my scalp wasn’t checked which is a major location for sun exposure.
Dr. Zand is always kind and respectful of her patients. The office staff are also very helpful and kind. She always has great recommendations and treatments for skin care and is very attentive.
