I am very particular with doctors and last year I lost my primary care doctor. I switched 6 different P.C doctors until I was referred to Dr.Burns and I am extremely happy with him. I am very particular and will not settle for suShow morebstandard healthcare, and with Dr.burns I thank god I found him. He did not become a doctor for the prestige or the name. My experience with him is always a pleasure and the fact that he truly cares about his patients shows. Most doctors barely remember your name. Dr.Burns will ask me about something I told him was bothering me (not health related) months ago. I cannot say enough good things about him. One visit and you will see what I mean. Also, his staff is great I can be a real pain in the neck, and they are always polite and patient with me.
I was tested and seen right away. Everyone concerned and courteous after squeezing in both my wife and me at the last minute this morning. Couldn’t ask for more. I am seen regularly at a big name hospital in NYC, and while my treaShow moretment is fine (very specialized), I’m never disappointed here and feel like Dr Burns and I are “in it together”. I’m a patient of some 20 years but I’ve referred friends and they say the same things.
Sejal R. Lauro, MS, RPA-C, is a board-certified and licensed physician assistant with over twenty years of health care experience. She is proud to provide compassionate medical care to patients at Stoneleigh Medical Group's two locations in Pawling and Jefferson Valley, New York.
Sejal received her master’s degree in physician assistant studies with a specialization in internal medicine from the University of Nebraska, Omaha. She is nutritarian certified in plant-based nutrition, allowing her to serve a broad patient population. In addition, Sejal is certified in performing nonsurgical cosmetic procedures and is widely known for her attention to detail and fine-tuned skills in this area.
Sejal takes time to get to know her patients and answer any questions they have. She ensures they feel comfortable and seeks to help them understand their condition. She is thrilled to welcome new patients to Stoneleigh Medical Group.
