About Sena Rowaid, DNP, WHNP-BC

About Sena

Sena holds a doctorate degree as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner and is a graduate of Arizona State University. Before becoming a nurse practitioner, she was a registered nurse working in various adult health specialties including bariatric, colorectal, and gynecological surgery as well as wound, ostomy, and continence care. Sena took interest in women’s health after starting her graduate studies and became very passionate about urogynecology. Her goal is to provide compassionate care through active listening, advocacy, and destigmatizing women’s health needs.


Starting in August 2023, Sena joined The Woman’s Center and specializes in the management of various pelvic floor disorders as well as in advanced testing including urodynamics. She offers patients various treatment options including lifestyle modifications, medications, and pessary management.

Outside of work, Sena enjoys spending time with her family, reading books, exploring coffee shops, and baking. Her biggest baking achievement has been making French croissants from scratch!
