I love the results and the staff at this place the only thing I dislike is the wait time. I believe if the doctor has procedures to do he should schedule procedures at a particular time and consults at another but NOT the same timShow moree for both. This is the second time I've had to go and leave the facility without being seen because of the wait time between 3 to 4 hours to be seen and not even get seen by the doctor. I really believe there should be some type of action to be taken for this circumstance because allot of us go in for procedures and injections with excruciating pain and don't have another option but to leave the facility because it's to painful to be sitting for more than 3hours.
While I've had back surgery and knee injections. My main source of pain is neuropathy. It's not diabetic neuropathy. I have been suffering from this for 27 years. Moving to Texas has been a challenge to me to control my pain witShow morehout medication. I pass all my drug tests. I'm in severe pain praying to get te medication needed to have somewhat of a life. I'm trusting the doctor to help me. I wish he would trust me. Seens how my neuropathy was caused by a therapist pushing an osteophyte into my spinal cord it is total different neuropathy this is a full body electrical shocks that are intense. I hurt stinging , burning it's not right to suffer like I do.

Dr Rashid is caring and seems to know his skills BUT his office staff is horrible. Over charging, not calling in pain meds for 5 days till I actually had staff get him on the phone, staff not knowing what is going on with patient, calling multiple times for same thing, hanging up on me when I asserted myself for my mother behalf. Ridiculous office….. looking for another pain dr now

VERY HAPPY CLIENT
Most of the time there is a long wait, but today I was in and out in 2hrs tops, hopefully it is always like that going forward. The service is great and the staff have always been friendly. Dr and staff keep up the good work.

They make your appointments 4 hrs prior to being seen. I have been waiting for my pain medication to be submitted to the pharmacy 7 days. Every day I call they say it will get done. Nothing thus far.
