When I went to get Blood Lab done 5 days after my Doctor's visit at a different location that my doctor recommended, I could not get anyone to fax over the order. Front desk is rude and unhelpful. the woman answering the phone isShow more incompetent. No one was willing to assist me for a simple lab order to be faxed over to the lab. She claimed that ALL the medical assistant's were busy with patients. REALLY!? If my doctor ordered me to get labs done, it should have been in my charts and sent over after my last visit. some clueless front desk staff told the Clinical Laboratory staff that I didn't have an lab order, Lazy staff should be trained better.
I wish I had been more informed on the plasmapheresis process and not just told go here for 10 days. I had to guess that I needed to pack for 10 days then go to the hospital. I wish I had been able to talk to the nurse before leavShow moreing because after I called and got a call back I knew what to do. It was very confusing. But Dr. Ashard is very quick about figuring out what the problem is getting treatment done. That I'm so grateful for.
