Dr. Gal is a highly trained, double-boarded, plastic surgeon, gifted with exceptional surgical skills, a keen aesthetic eye and meticulous attention to detail. Most importantly, she is a physician who cares deeply about her patients and is passionate about patient education, compassionate and personalized patient care.
She understands that there are different health and safety concerns that need to be taken into account with different individuals, making a point to take into account her patient’s health and safety first. She grew up in south Florida where she completed the majority of her medical training prior to plastic surgery. She earned her MD degree from the University of South Florida College of Medicine in Tampa. Motivated by her love for surgery, she went on to train in general surgery at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach, ultimately becoming Board Certified in general surgery by the American Board of Surgery.
Drawn by her artistic interests to plastic surgery, she continued her surgical training in this specialty at the renowned University of California in Davis Medical Center. Upon completion of her plastic surgery residency, she enhanced her skills further by undertaking an accredited aesthetic plastic surgery fellowship, one that focused on cosmetic procedures of the face, breast and body. Once she completed her fellowship training, she went on to attain her second board certification by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.
