Dr. Dojki was courteous and professional. I was ,however, disappointed that I was unable to see my usual doctor do to a scheduling change. This was not the first time this has happened. I was offered a virtual appointment which isShow more not something I can do. The earliest I was told I could reschedule With Dr. Raghu wasn't until February so I scheduled with Dr. Dojki who I feel didn't know me and my history as well as Dr. Raghu. Then I learned that she and two other doctors are leaving the practice which may make future appointments even more difficult.
Shannon is great, wait in exam room was awful. Sat for 45 minutes and nobody bothered to let me know she was running behind, asked what the delay was, assistant said she would check, never got back to me to let me know. 20 minuShow moretes later Shannon showed up. If you are too late or miss appointment you get charged a fee, if they are late NO BIG DEAL! Your time is not valuable I guess. It is sad when your wait time is 3 to 4 times b longer then the time you spend with practitoner!

No issues, great service
Dr. Shannon has a nice personality and takes her time to listen my concerns.
My visit with Shannon was one of my favorite rather best experiences and a doctor's office. She made me feel as if I was important and not just patient/visitor number 17.
