I have been going to BestU Health Boutique since August. I started on my Weight loss journey in Sept 2023. It is now April 2024. I have loss 65lbs and I feel amazing! I went from 190 lbs and now I am 125lbs. It has changed so many things. I had a weak bladder when I was over weight and now I do not! I love shopping now because I am a size small instead of XL. I have not felt deprived during my journey and it has been so satisfying to reach my goal weight. ??
