I went from 190 lbs and now I am 125lbs. It has changed so maShow moreny things. I had a weak bladder when I was over weight and now I do not! I love shopping now because I am a size small instead of XL. I have not felt deprived during my journey and it has been so satisfying to reach my goal weight. ??
