Dr. Robinson has been our family’s physician for well over 20 years. He has been the ULTIMATE professional. His facility has ALWAYS been professional, clean, and smelled very fresh. Honeycomb is the total opposite of what Dr. RobiShow morenson stands for!! Honeycomb cares about quanTity not quaLity and it shows. It is unfortunate that in the black communities, Honeycomb plops itself in the poorest neighborhoods and contributes ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to those neighborhoods. The entryway to this office smells like urine. The outside of the facility is an eyesore. There is no security in an already crime infested area. Honeycomb, you should be ashamed of yourself!! Dr. Robinson gets 10 stars!! Honeycomb, you get 1 star because I can give no less!!! We do not need a wet behind the ears PA telling a MD what to do!! The Dr. went to medical school to do THIS job. When he retires, we know who our next physician is, already. We are just waiting on him! Until then, we know what to do!! You should properly clean the lobby, parking lot, restrooms, and floors. Get the urine scent out the office!! Secure the facility!! Make this about the quaLity of care instead of the amount of patients. Dr. Robinson and the front office staff are doing a wonderful job. The scribe and the nurses are wonderful and are just as helpful and patient oriented, as well. Honeycomb, YOU need to do better!!! Dr. Kimberly W.

From the moment I walked into his office, I was greeted with Show morewarmth and kindness by his staff. Dr. Robinson himself was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive. He took the time to listen to my concerns and provided clear explanations for all of my questions. His bedside manner was excellent, and I felt comfortable and at ease throughout my entire appointment. My visit was great. Dr Hayden is knowledgeable, thoughtful, thorough. He answers any questions that you may have and explains them so you can understand. He has been my primary care physician for over 18 years and has taken very good care of me. He’s one of the best in my opinion.

I had the good fortune to connect with Dr. Hayden soon upon moving to Memphis Summer 2010. I was immediately impressed with him, the care he took in selecting/training his staff, his wide ranging knowledge, and knowing when and to whom to refer me to in the rare times more specialized expertise might be helpful. He has worked me in on short notice when needed, never rushing to finish an appointment. In fact, we often end up having extended talks that add greatly to my knowledge of health. He somehow finds time to volunteer his services gratis to agencies in need. I am amazed at how much he is able to do, with all at the highest level of care. I highly recommend him anytime I am asked.

Dr. Shawn Hayden was wonderful, even though he was extremely busy and fit me in! He even let me discuss my X-ray with him right after I had it and ask questions. Nurse was sweet but not terribly reassuring, or empathetic, when my blood pressure was high she kept saying how high it was which made things worse! All in all, staff is good and Dr Hayden was fabulous
