About Sherrie Jacoby, NP

Sherrie has over 20 years of experience as a nurse practitioner with a BSN from SDSU and an MSN from USD. She is board certified by The American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She has worked extensively with children and teens throughout her career. She quickly developed an interest in mind-body medicine and incorporated holistic modalities in her practice.


Sherrie has received extensive training in healing touch, brain science, mind-body medicine, Vitamin D, diabetes prevention, the microbiome and nutritional supplements. She has trained in hypnosis through the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis and is enthusiastic about adding hypnosis to her repertoire of mind-body skills.


Sherrie is the mother of 2 and the grandmother of 2 boys who know her as “adventure Grandma.” She enjoys white water river rafting, scuba diving and hiking.
