I have been going to this group for quite awhile and love the doctor I see. As a matter of fact I will even will drive out to the chesterfield location to see her if she isn’t at the O’fallon. The only difference I have seen in alShow morel the times I have gone the ladies behind the front desk are just aren’t friendly at the chesterfield. I hardly was spoken too. When I was leaving I stopped to look at the product behind them which I have been using a couple at home (did mention this to them) and thinking of adding to what I already have but getting overwhelmed and needed some guidance. This would of been a great opportunity to help me, sell the products you’re promoting, and/or offer any samples. I did ask about the other line of product next to it which I was given one quick answer so I didn’t bother but would of loved to hear more about it. I did appreciate the office getting me in quickly
I had an incredibly great experience with Dr. Rancour and staff. I was referred by an ER physician and they were able to get me in the very next day. The staff were very efficient and very quick and getting all my information takeShow moren care of. And I absolutely love the rapport with Dr. Rancour and her nurse. I feel she is very thorough and explain things very well for me to be able to understand what was going on. I would definitely refer anyone that had any type of dermatology issue or skin issue to this practice
Dr. Shivani V. Tripathi is board-certified by the American Board of Dermatology. She is an active member in the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD) and the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery (ASDS). Dr. Tripathi completed her dermatology residency training at Washington University in St. Louis. Prior to joining Missouri Dermatology, Dr. Tripathi was an Assistant Professor of Dermatology at Washington University in St. Louis caring for high-risk skin cancer patients, providing general dermatology care, teaching and lecturing residents, and performing cosmetic and surgical procedures. She has lectured at the AAD and ASDS meetings, and has been involved in AAD and ASDS Advocacy efforts for patients and the field of dermatology. She has authored multiple academic dermatology journal articles and textbooks, and has been active in dermatologic clinical research as well.
She has an interest in surgical and cosmetic dermatology, as well as general dermatology. She is very patient focused, believing in an informed and holistic approach to medicine. Outside of the practice, Dr. Tripathi cherishes time with her husband, daughter and son. Her husband is also a physician, an Interventional Radiologist, as well as St. Louis native and an avid St. Louis Blues and Cardinals fan. She feels fortunate to provide dermatologic care for her St. Louis patients and surrounding communities doing work she loves.

Takes the time to address all of your concerns.
I was seen very quickly when I called to schedule an appointment. I was called into an exam room before my actual appointment time. Dr. Tripathi was a little while getting in to see me but her tech asked about my concerns. My only complaint is that the small heater in the room was not working and it was really cold in the room.
