About Sierra Hansen-Payton, Clinical Director

Sierra joined Cypress Urology in 2014 and has advanced through multiple divisions of the practice before taking the position as the Clinic’s Director. The most rewarding part of her job is the close relationships she forms with each patient. Sierra has always had the compassion and drive to help patients and their families navigate through challenging healthcare experiences, as well as provide unwavering support for surgical patients. This dynamic experience has built the framework that has elevated Sierra’s talent as she manages the practice.  

Sierra has 2 children, a son and daughter. She was raised in the Sierra Nevada mountains (her namesake). In her time off her hobbies include camping, biking, fishing, and cooking for her family. She is also an animal lover and nature enthusiast.
