Dr. Vekaria was very pleasant and clearly knows exactly what she is doing. I also appreciated her confidence in putting me at ease that this is a minor thing and can be addressed. I was a bit turned off at just how nonchalantly shShow moree said “I do this everyday and this is no big deal.” No matter if it is just “no big deal” you just told me I probably have cancer. It’s a big deal to me. Try have a bit better bedside manners.
Interesting! I liked how she was very thorough and cautious with moles that concerned her. Exactly what I was looking for. However she talked a lot about eye and prostate exams and the importance. Also talked really fast about eShow morexamining yourself, how frequent you need to and what to look for. In addition kept talking about a sun pill she takes daily or weekly or monthly…not sure. A not much for the first visit. But really like her and the fist bumps!!

Dr. Gardner graduated from the Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia. She then completed a transitional internship at Georgia Baptist Medical Center, covering specialties like general surgery, internal medicine, pediatrics, obstetrics-gynecology, emergency room medicine, and dermatology. She went on to complete an internal medicine residency, also at Georgia Baptist Medical Center, where she was awarded first prize for research in cardiac disease. She then did a second residency in dermatology at Emory, where she was chief resident. She published several papers and lectured on various dermatology issues during that time.
Dr. Gardner has been in private practice in the Atlanta area since 1991. She specializes in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. In addition to being a medical reviewer for WebMD, Dr. Gardner is board-certified by the American Board of Dermatology and is an active member of several societies and associations. These associations include the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Society for Dermatologic Surgeons, the Women’s Dermatologic Society, and the Florida Medical Association.

Dr has great bedside manner, full body analysis (which I was not expecting) and made recommendations for things unrelated to why I was there. Process was fully explained, quick and painless.

I’m very grateful for Dr.Stephanie Gardner, she was able to book my son with Medicaid peach state insurance witch is not easy to find. Once she saw my baby of 15 years old she new right away what to do. She is very confident she gave me the comfort my son and I need it, very professional, beautiful attitude, people person. She is absolutely wonderful.

Friendly front office staff, as was doctor's assistant. Appointment on time. I felt like I received a thorough exam, and Dr. Gardner explained her findings as she went through a a routine skin check. She answered all my questions, and offered some helpful advice on sunscreen usage. Great experience, I plan to be back annually for a skin cancer screening.
