I was really scared initially since I have done crowning and my doctor is in India. Doctor gave me confidence to undergo the procedure by easing my tension. He explained us thoroughly. There was also a male assistant along with doShow morector during deep cleaning. He was really helpful and made me comfortable through out the process. I would rate 5 for both doctor and the male assistant

Dr. Choi was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and grew up in South Korea. She studied at the University of Washington in Seattle, graduating Cum Laude with a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry. After graduation, Dr. Choi enrolled at the New York University College of Dentistry in New York City, earning her Doctor of Dental Surgery.
At NYU, Dr. Choi developed a passion for sharing her expertise with underserved communities and regularly participated in dental mission trips through the nonprofit Christian organization SOMA Dental Mission of NY. As a SOMA ambassador, Dr. Choi completed multiple trips to Oaxaca, Mexico, providing preventive and general dentistry to people in need.
Dr. Choi loves spending time in nature when she’s not practicing dentistry. She’s an avid runner, hiker, and camper. Dr. Choi enjoys listening to music, watching movies, cooking, and traveling when she isn’t outdoors. She’s also a social butterfly who loves seeing family and friends.

The dental assistants as well as Dr. Choi were all very friendly. I had a teeth cleaning done, I was satisfied with it.
I paid for in house insurance and they took an X-ray. Did my cleaning but didn’t inform me if I needed any sealants and whatnot. I waited about an hour and a half in the chair after my appointment time to get started.

Didn’t have to wait long to get in Very thorough cleaning They didn’t do X-rays which we felt they should what the insurance would have paid for since this was his 6 month check up.

My experience was actually very good considering I was having an extraction! Everyone was very kind and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process!
Dentist was professional, but I’ve been going to Rainier Dental for over 8 years and they are constantly getting new dentist. Some are good and some are not, but there are always new ones when I come in for my routine cleaning. The only reason I go back is my hygienist does a great job.
Was able to get in same day for an issue. The Dr was great. Explained everything to me so I would understand what's next. Highly recommend Rainer Dental.
