Dr. Challa is a good doctor, buts it’s her Billing Dept when you check in that I have an issue with. I don’t think they know about medical billing because for my annual exam they were trying to charge me a copay when my annual exaShow morems are free with my insurance and they did the same thing when they wanted me to pay a copay to have my doctor tell me my lab work results, which I’ve never in no doctors visit been charged to have a doctor give me an update on my results! After questioning this which took multiple phone calls for them to get back with me, I wasn’t charged. But I shouldn’t have to go through this whenever I have an appointment with a doctor. Please get a better billing Dept staff or train them better.
I am a new patient of Dr Challa. After my first appointment, I had the best feeling as to her concern for her patients. Since then I have had several follow ups with her over the telephone and I appreciate being able to have this Show moreoption during these unprecedented times. I did not have to wait until the next day to have these appointments and that makes a huge difference to me. Her staff has been amazing also. The atmosphere of her office shows how much she loves what she does and wants her patients to feel comfortable. My mom taught us presentation is everything. She passed the test. I look forward to her helping me to understand what I need to be healthy.
