About Sue Cain, ARNP

Sue was born and raised in Arizona and came to the Pacific Northwest to attend college. Working her way through college as a pharmacy technician, she eventually discovered she loved being at the bedside rather than behind a counter and eventually went back to school for her RN. She worked at Sacred Heart right out of school but then joined the Air Force and spent four years in Texas. It was while on active duty as an Air Force nurse that she discovered her passion for urology.More specifically, urology patients. Upon discharge and return to Washington, she went back to school for her Master’s degree and an elective clinical rotation introduced her to Spokane Urology. Where she has been since 2002.

In her off time, Sue enjoys kayaking and kayak camping with her husband and dogs, photography and dog agility.
