I was very satisfied with my first appointment where we got acquainted and had a full discussion about my family history and HRT. My second appointment was for my annual, as well as the removal of an IUD and the insertion of a newShow more one. The doctor did not check my ovaries, nor did she do a breast exam. When I had a few questions, she told me I should make a second appointment…Not remembering that this was my second appointment. She had no recollection of our first meeting. She is out of network for me, so 40% of my services were not covered. I thought I would be receiving great care, based on reviews and what a close friend had told me. I’m very discouraged and disappointed…
The doctor was kind and seemed to be an expert. I waited 4 months to see her. As an initial appointment, it was rushed which made it challenging to communicate both clearly and quickly. I would have liked to know more about the onShow moree and only estrogen she was recommending to try. We were going to do minor blood work but it wasn’t done. For an initial appointment it would have been nice to flush out more things to try such as her recommendations for moisturizers and other options. I’m hoping we can go over more ideas next time.

Dr. Suzanne is great at what she does and understands the significance of a nurturing, total care environment. Thank you! Logistically speaking, it's also nice that labs and related diagnostics can be accomplished in the same building. Also, staff is really helpful and warm, HUGE plus!

She is knowledgeable and straightforward, incredibly compassionate and deeply cares about her patients. I would shout her praises from a mountaintop if it were the days where we still did that sort of thing. Ten stars out of five!
Dr. Gilbert-Lenz delivered both my kids years ago, and I still schlep to the west side to see her because she is the best!
Dr Lenz took time with me and answered all of my questions. She made recommendations and was very thorough. I feel like I’m in the care of a physician who really cares, is very educated and experienced with her specialty, and LOVES what she does.

Dr. Gilbert-Lenz and her staff were fantastic. Her staff were warm and friendly as was Dr. Gilbert-Lenz. She went over my history in her office and gave me all the time I needed. And she finally gave me a diagnosis for a condition I’ve had for years that two other gynecologists completely missed when I brought it to their attention. Cannot say enough about Dr. Gilbert-Lenz.
