Teri is a great help to me. If I am getting better, and if there is a chance to get well, it is mostly from her dedication to help retrain the mind to find ways to deal with the unfortunate life events one is going thru. I know shShow moree is not going to give up on me if I don't, and that certainty makes a big difference for me at this time. I am grateful she made room for me in her practice, and even more so lately, when she allocated some extra time of hers, for my benefit.
Terri was my life savior. I started from a state I don't want to remember, plus I am stubborn... and with patience, gentleness and knowledgeable confidence Terri guided me to get a plan, try several methods and gave me the confidShow moreence that I can get back on track. I am dependent on our sessions now, but i know she will help me until I can detach from therapy and get back to normal independent life, when time is proper. She is very valuable to me. And the first medical provider I rate 5 stars.

Like so many people, I have baggage. I won't go into detail, but there was a lot. Situations seemed overwhelming at times. It was only by luck that I found this incredible group of professionals. I can't say enough good about them, and their staff. They listen, and they care.

I feel at peace and comfortable in the environment. Terri is very easy to talk to and helps me to engage. I can be honest and not feel judged. The office space is homey and the waiting room is much more pleasant to be in with the improvements. Great staff as well.

The staff is very professional, and helpful. They answer questions as best they can and always seem willing to help. The doctors seem to care a great deal, and are good at following up.
She made me feel comfortable. I was able to openly talk to her about how I was feeling. During our conversations she pointed out many of the positive achievements that hadn't thought about and she was encouraging. I would definitely recommend her as a therapist.
I really like meeting with Terri. She puts things into perspective, and I usually feel better when I leave. She gives me things to try to help reduce my stress and anxiety, and to promote more positive thoughts and ideas.
Terri always keeps her appointments and is on time. She is compassionate when needed. I have to admit, I do most of the talking. She is very knowledgeable in the area of my various diagnoses. She is very sensitive and pleasant to talk to every time we speak.

She’s comforting and genuine. I feel safe and I feel understood.

Kind and great listener…didn’t feel judged at all
I have been very pleased with my therapist Terri Jarvi and my nurse practitioner Eve Zahrndt. Both of them are professional & compassionate in their treatment & monitoring of my issues. They have guided to a successful path of healing.
She’s empathetic and doesn’t judge me. It’s a relief to find a therapist that I feel comfortable with. I wasn’t sure how it would be opening up to a new therapist. However, I trust her and she exceeded my expectations.
