Tiffany is fantastic! If this were just about Tiffany, I would give her 5 stars. However, the confirmation system is very confusing. For my second appointment, I had an ultrasound and follow up with Tiffany. I didn't realize theseShow more were considered two different appointments. I received multiple confirmations - some for 2:30 and then a final confirmation for 3:00. I assumed my appointment had been moved and so this is when I planned to arrive for my appointment. On my way, I received a call from the office asking if I was on the way and was informed that my ultrasound was scheduled for 2:30pm. I apologized and told them that I was confused by the different confirmations. The initial response from the office was to admonish me - which felt unfair. This was only my second appointment and I didn't know that there were two different appointments. The emails have times for the appointments but didn't state what the nature of the appointments. We finally got to a point of understanding and they were able to accomodate me - which I really appreciate - but please be aware that the appointment/confirmation system is very, very confusing.
Everyone in the entire office, that I've ever interacted with, from the girls at the front desk to the nursing assistants, nurses, nurse practitioner and doctor are always beyond super friendly. Anytime I've seen Tiffany Athey I aShow morelways think the same thing...man she must really love what she does. She always seems so happy! She's always very eager to help and offer you information. I am beyond pleased with the service and care I always receive. I would recommend this office and Tiffany Athey and Dr. Mia Norlin to anyone. They do an excellent job.
Tiffany Athey, MSN, WHCNP-BC, is an integral member of the staff at The Association for Women’s Health Care. The practice serves women residing in the area of The Loop in Chicago and Northbrook, Illinois.
A board certified Women’s Health Care Nurse Practitioner, she has a number of specific clinical interests. In particular, she is passionate about supporting adolescent women as they navigate adulthood and establish their reproductive health care routines. She also specializes in all stages of prenatal care, contraceptive counseling for women of all ages, and the challenges of infertility.
After receiving a bachelor’s degree in biology and psychology from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln, Tiffany earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee.
