Dr. Meisinger and the other physicians, nurses, and administrative staff at Greensboro OBGYN ensured my baby and I received excellent prenatal care from my first visit through my postpartum checkup visit. Scheduling was flexible aShow morend support staff were extremely helpful. OB visits were thorough and allowed time for questions and concerns without feeling rushed. The lab and ultrasound techs were also considerate and did a wonderful job. I'm certain that the care I received from Dr. Meisinger and staff is what ensured the best delivery experience I have had with my children as well as my easiest recovery. I would highly recommend this practice for OBGYN care.
Dr. Meisinger took the time to truly go over my history and talk to me about my concerns. He was gentle, did a very through exam and put me at ease. He was willing to answer any questions and explain his thoughts about the exam.Show more He was down to earth, conscience, and professional. Everyone at the practice was nice and willing to help. Todd Meisinger, MD, is a certified obstetrician and gynecologist in Greensboro, North Carolina, specializing in laparoscopic and vaginal surgery, and a myriad of other treatments, at Greensboro OB-GYN Associates. He’s a member of the American Medical Association, the North Carolina Medical Society, and the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Dr. Meisinger is a native of the beautiful state of Colorado, where he attended Columbine high school. He began his higher education at Colorado College in Colorado Springs, earning his bachelor degree in 1989. He then moved to Missouri to attend Saint Louis University for his medical degree, which he earned in 1993. In 1997, he completed his medical residency at the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida. He’s currently the youngest male obstetrician and gynecologist serving the Greensboro, North Carolina, area.
While in college, Dr. Meisinger played NCAA Division III football and baseball. He’s a huge fan of the Denver Broncos and watches the games religiously. Today, he enjoys continuing to be physically active and spending time with his wife and three teenage daughters.

Dr. Meisinger is a great doctor! He is very caring, compassionate and listens to his patients! He is not just in and out of the room. He ensures that mother and baby are both on track. I appreciate how he took the time to explain results to me instead of brushing me off like other providers have!

We all know how awkward these annual appointments can be—I mean, who looks forward to them? But, if you’re going to go it definitely should be somewhere that makes you feel comfortable! Dr Meisinger has taken care of me each year since my now 17 year old was born. He does a great job of listening and asking questions.

On time, very thorough, and super convenient to have mammogram done at the same appt. I have been Dr. Meisinger’s patient for 15 years or so and I think that Dr. Meisinnger, the nurses and office staff are friendly and do a great job.
Great staff
He delivered my first baby and guided me through my second pregnancy. He makes you feel comfortable during the appointments, he attends your concerns, you can tell he has a lot of experience and professionalism. 100% recommended!
