My husband and I have been with Dr Todd Mellish for a good 5/6 years, he came highly recommended from a friend of ours; I was so sick of going to see my PCP at Dartmouth Hitchcock just to find out when i arrived for my appt that mShow morey PCP was no longer in practice or moved on or they elected to pawn us onto another Dr and.........I want to see my PCP, not a NPRN or P.A. or the Dr filling in that day. I want MY Dr. Dr Mellish has proven to be a phenomenal, listens to his patients, very thorough, don't feel rushed so he can tend to his next patient, type of Doctor. We're fortunate we found him. My husband most recently was in a triple trauma motorcycle accident and Dr Mellish couldn't be more accommodating. We now live in Northern NH; 3 hrs away and refuse to leave him. Dr Mellish makes it work for us. We are very happy we are a part of such a wonderful Dr's practice. Did I mention his team of employees; all titles, are very kind and accommodating? It's nice to call his office and the person on the other end of the phone knows us and our history. Again, things have changed alittle since my husband's accident, we seem to be frequent flyers of late but nonetheless, the people in Dr Mellishs office knows us and very sensitive to our needs. As soon a you walk into the new office space, you know the experience will be good. Softer lighting, calming colors, very soothing. The front office staff are smiling and helpful. The PAs are quick and efficient but they listen toShow more everything you have to say and ask probing questions to pinpoint the issues that are of concern to you. Then Dr Mellish comes in. He's up to date on all the information that's come in from other sources so he can get down to answering your questions without having to ask a lot of his own. He listens carefully to all the little complaints and comments you have and them formulates a plan to address the problem. He's not big on 'take these pills and call me in a week' kind of medicine. He wants to start with simpler solutions and build up, if necessary. And he remembers you. He remembers that you had this same complaint 'some time ago' and he checks back to see what the outcome was them. His confident and calming demeanor are priceless when you're concerned about your health. I hope to keep seeing Dr Mellish for many years to come!
Todd Mellish, MD, is a highly skilled internal medicine physician at Southern New Hampshire Internal Medicine in Bedford, New Hampshire. He is board-certified in internal medicine and joined Southern New Hampshire Internal Medicine in 2016.

I arrived on time for my yearly physical. I was promptly checked in. After a few minutes, the medical staff had taken my vitals, reviewed my history, and did a couple of tests. After that Dr. Mellish came in and reviewed my medical history and latest results. He updated my family history and discussed future challenges based on my health and family history. Dr Mellish took the time to discuss my current life situation and we discussed everyday stresses in my life. Dr. Mellish took the time to listen and discuss my situation. I felt like there was genuine concern and interest in me and not like another patient through the door.
