After months of being neglected by other doctors, I found ARC. Dr. V is honestly one of the best surgeons out there. He operated on both of my hands that had pretty bad carpal tunnel. I am still recovering from my second surgery, Show morebut from experience with my other hand, I know it’s going to basically be a great recovery. He is very caring and always eager to explain anything you don’t understand to the best of his ability. He was the only doctor who didn’t jerk me around in terms of trying to squeeze my last dollar out of me out of greed because they could. He considered all the facts and told me there was no reason I shouldn’t get the care I desperately needed immediately. Also the incision scars are basically invisible. His office staff are also great. They are extremely helpful. Shout out to both Freddie who helped the surgery process go very smoothly and Tiffany who has always helped me connect with Dr. V post-op whenever I had any concerns about my recovery.
First the ladies at front desk were great, X-ray is entertaining…. BUT. The girl who gave me my shot ( 2nd time I’ve seen her) still did not introduce herself I have no idea what her name is and I was very surprised she gave me myShow more shot. First time I saw her she tried to do my pre op and could not answer any of my questions she kept leaving the room to get the answers I said why don’t you way till I’m done and get all answers at once. I guess whoever she is should also get new tennis shoes or wash those. I’m sure this not what you wanted to her but I have had 3 surgeries with Dr. B and you asked so I’m telling you.

I went to my appointment that was scheduled two months out only to find out that the group had dropped my insurance group. I had filled out the forms weeks before by email. They couldn’t pick up the phone to let me know so that I didn’t have to make the unnecessary cross town trip to the appointment and be waiting another half hour to get in to see the doctor? Really?
