I began my journey in the human services field in 2011, after earning my Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education, working with children and families in need of therapeutic care. I later earned a Bachelors Degree in Educational Psychology which changed my knowledge into ten additional years in the field, working in crisis therapy, intervention and management, accessing government funding to aid individuals and families with additional mental health care, housing, and childcare, and worked conjointly with schools, employers, hospitals, courts and other community stake holders to support the needs of all. I am currently pursuing my Masters Degree in Non-Profit Public Administration so that I may best understand the macro, meso, and micro components of human development by compounding the growth, environment and societal access to opportunities for people to thrive. When I am not working I enjoy the company of family, friends and fur babies, and I love to cook.
