Galina Serdtsev and her assistant Melissa were awesome! They both made me feel so very welcome and helped me tremendously with my issue. The wealth of information given was so very helpful. Galina took her time and the visit was nShow moreever rushed. She answered every question I had in detail. Melissa was very personable and followed up with everything I was supposed to do post visit. The front desk ladies were also extremely friendly. I am so very fortunate that my doctor referred me to Thomas Dermatology. Prompt and courteous treatment for a very busy dermatology office. Vanessa Benes,PAC, is an extremely knowledgeable and empathetic practitioner! I'm glad she knew about and how to treat severe melasma. I appreciate that she could Show moretell that what I had done on my own may not have been medical grade, but it definitely was an improvement from six months earlier and with less bacteria/infection.
